We recently closed on the purchase of our new house built by Castle Creek. When we were looking to move, we thought that building new was not for us. However, it has been such a fun, exciting process. Working with Castle Creek has been amazing. They have worked very hard to make sure everything in our home was just right and that we were pleased with everything along the way. We are so happy with their quality of work and all their contractors. Everyone was willing to work hard to make the build go smoothly and quick. Castle Creek is definitely in business to please and we would recommend them to anyone.

In February of 2011 my Wife and I decided to buy our first home. After looking at a great deal of houses we came across a Castle Creek Home. We were instantly impressed with the design of the house. I called the phone number on the sign and got a hold of Brett Cherry. We had absolutely no idea what to do next. Luckily Brett was able to walk us through everything.
The first thing we had a problem with was our financing, I was quoted a higher interest rate than what was available that day. I would have never known if it wasn’t for Brett. He made a few calls and I got into meet a new finance guy that day.
When it came time to pick out all the colors, carpet, granite, cabinets, appliances, etc. Brett had spoken to all of them before we went in so they all knew what house we were getting and what colors and items we had spoken to Brett about previously.
Everyone I had spoken to about buying a new home like we did, said it was going to be such a headache and so stressful. Thanks to Brett the whole experience was very pleasant and exciting, like I believe it should be with buying your first home. Brett is a very nice guy, and he will always tell you the truth whether it be good or bad. I would recommend Brett Cherry and Castle Creek Homes to anyone who is interested in buying a home. I would like to invite everyone who reads this and are ready to build a home; Castle Creek is the only builder I would build with!!.

I drooled over Castle Creek homes for over 18 months, calling Mike Hall every now and then to see if they still had room in the area we wanted to live. Mike was really patience and understanding of our situation. We finally got the opportunity to sell our home and build with Castle Creek. The floor plan we decided on was the Hampton Elevation “D” with a little modification. Mike said he was going to try to get our design listed on the website and call it Elevation “V”. We didn’t need a 4 car garage, so I wanted to move the kitchen wall out to where the fourth garage would have been. The modification left us with a lot of room; we added 4 feet to the master bedroom and a lot of room for the kitchen, dining and family room. Mike was so awesome to work and could see my dream come to life. He at times was more excited than I was, because they had never built a house like this one.
I have never worked with a more accommodating group of people. Bob was the foreman and I must have called him at least once or twice a day. He never got tired of the phone calls and tried really hard to answer all of my questions. We went through the house with all the contractors; Layne, electrician, Lonnie, the finish carpenter, Ryan, the tile guy, Gill, the carpet man and Matt, the plumber. They took the time to walk around with us to find out what we wanted as far as lighting, tile, pantry and closets. I would like to invite everyone who reads this and are ready to build a home; Castle Creek is the only builder I would build with!!

We feel like we got a great house at a great price in a great location and will recommend Castle Creek to our friends and family.

We would like to let you know how our experience was during the planning and building of our home. After looking on multiple websites and meeting with multiple builders, we were so impressed with Castle Creek, their standard features and their reputation that we knew who we wanted to build our home. From negotiating the contract to the actual construction, the whole process was very smooth and easy. The construction of our home went at a steady pace and was completed quickly; it was rare to not see something being done. Anytime we had a question about the process, Scott was always available to answer our questions. If he wasn’t able to answer when we called he would get back to us within a short amount of time. One time when Scott was on vacation at Lake Powell, we left him a message and he called us back right away! Anytime there was an issue during construction he was always ready and willing to make sure things were corrected. We always felt like we were treated like people and not just another name on a contract. Right after we moved in we noticed a scratch on our bathroom mirror; we made a warranty request and the next day the mirror was replaced!

We feel like we got a great house at a great price in a great location and will recommend Castle Creek to our friends and family.

So holy cow….Castle Creek has finished our home! They told us 90 days, and we had so many doubters say it wasn’t possible. Not only did they finish it on time, they didn’t cut any corners. It’s beautiful and I have to pinch myself to make sure I’m not dreaming!

As a Realtor I care deeply about ensuring my clients get the best value, quality and price! Castle Creek Homes is my preferred builder and I recommend them consistently to my clients. I have carefully compared competing builders products apples-to-apples in the past. Last fall I helped my client strictly compare a competing builder’s plan. In the end, the other builder had to provide my client with an additional $30,000 in upgrades just to match Castle Creeks standard features. After all upgrade and price matches were exhausted my client happily chose Castle Creek over the other builder and ended up with the more square feet, an extended depth garage instead of a standard 3 car and a better facing lot for a few thousand dollars less than the other builder. The competition just could never match the same features or value!
